More than 200 people gathered to celebrate a new edition of the Technical Career Guidance Conference in Barcelona. On 13th June, the Auditorium of the Headquarters of Barcelona Activa hosted the eighth annual meeting. Professional guidance experts debated the influence on the labour market of technological, demographic and ecological transformation. 

The event included talks and roundtables with experts from the sector and a showroom with immersive experiences of artificial intelligence applied to the profession. The presentations focused on aspects such as the strategic sectors and profiles most in demand in Barcelona, ​​the influence of AI on job guidance or initiatives to deal with ageism. 

The conference has already become the annual meeting place for experts in the educational and social fields to debate the present and future of guidance policies.
