The mentor profile will be a person with ample experience in supporting the creation of deep tech startups. The work will mainly involve tasks of:

• Product development, definition of regulatory roadmap, certifications
• Preparation of the financing round, negotiation with investors, search for public financing
• Business development, definition of the Go-To-Market Strategy, definition of the sales plan
• Define and analyse the operations structure, establish processes

Individualised consulting programme aimed at technology-based companies. 72-hour programme of individualised consulting over a period of 6 months to complement the management team of the startup or spinoff. The mentor profile will be a person with ample experience in supporting deep tech startups and experts in the sector. This programme is aimed at startups established with less than 5 years of activity and located in Barcelona or the metropolitan area. The work will mainly involve tasks of:

• Product development, definition of regulatory roadmap, certifications
• Preparation of the financing round, negotiation with investors, search for public financing
• Business development, definition of the Go-To-Market Strategy, implementation of the sales plan
• Define and analyse the operations structure, identify areas for improvement, establish new processes

Business support programme for preparing to attract investment. Prepare and provide startup/spinoff promotional teams with methodology and tools that allow them to access public and private financing with greater probability of success.

The content of the programme consists of 6 workshops lasting 3 hours each and 10 hours of individual consulting, aimed at deep tech startups in the pre-seed and seed stages.

Presentation of startups to Business Angels, venture capital entities and corporations.

Meeting point aimed at deep tech startups in pre-seed and seed stages mainly linked to advanced materials, artificial intelligence, blockchain, robotics, photonics, electronics, quantum computing and space technologies.
